Shipping

Please allow 2-4 business days for processing. Wholesale orders please allow 1-3 weeks for processing as all wholesale orders are made to order. Our priority is to get your order to you as fast as humanly possible.

 

Returns and refunds

For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns. A full refund will be issued if order placed is canceled within 1 hour with good reason and proof . A partial refund will be issued if order placed is canceled with 24 hours with good reason and proof. Any other questions do not hesitate to contact us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right


Refunds
We will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
